A spoonable smoothie bowl with a thick chocolate base, bright berries, and crunchy toppings. Flowstate adds deep cacao flavour and a silky finish — breakfast that feels like dessert, or dessert that fuels like breakfast.
Why You’ll Love It
• Creamy, cold, and refreshing with real chocolate depth.
• Fully customisable toppings for crunch, colour, and nutrition.
• Ready in 5 minutes; no cooking required.
Ingredients
• 1 scoop Flowstate blend (1–2 tbsp).
• 1 frozen banana, sliced.
• 100 g frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries).
• 150 ml almond or oat milk (start with less for a thicker bowl).
• 1 tbsp nut butter (optional for richness).
• Toppings: fresh berries, granola, chia seeds, cacao nibs, coconut flakes.
• Pinch of sea salt (optional).
Method
Step 1 — Blend Thick
Add milk, Flowstate, frozen banana, and frozen berries to a blender. Start with minimal liquid and blend, scraping down as needed, until the texture is thick and soft‑serve‑like.
Step 2 — Pour & Smooth
Scoop the mixture into a wide bowl and smooth the surface with the back of a spoon.
Step 3 — Finish with Toppings
Add your favourite toppings for colour, crunch, and extra nutrition. Serve immediately with a spoon.
Make It Yours
• Protein boost: Add a scoop of vanilla or chocolate protein in Step 1.
• Tropical: Use frozen mango or pineapple in place of some berries.
• Gut‑friendly: Blend in 2 tbsp yoghurt or kefir for tang and probiotics.
Serving Notes
• For a drinkable smoothie, add 50–100 ml extra milk and re‑blend.
• Store leftovers covered in the fridge for up to 12 hours; stir and refresh with a splash of milk before serving.
