Chocolate and coffee are natural partners. This mocha protein shake blends Flowstate’s deep cacao flavour with chilled coffee for a creamy, energising sip — ideal pre‑commute, post‑workout, or anytime you want a café‑style treat with purpose.

Ingredients

• 1 scoop Flowstate blend (1–2 tbsp).
• 200 ml milk of choice (oat or dairy work beautifully).
• 100 ml strong coffee or cold brew, cooled (use decaf if preferred).
• 1 frozen banana (creaminess + natural sweetness).
• 1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder.
• 2–3 ice cubes (optional, for extra chill).
• Pinch of sea salt (optional).

Method

Step 1 — Combine

Add all ingredients to a blender in this order: liquids, Flowstate, banana, protein, then ice. This layering helps achieve a smooth blend.

Step 2 — Blend

Blend on high until completely smooth, thick, and frosty. Taste and adjust sweetness or coffee strength to preference.

Step 3 — Serve

Pour into a tall glass. Optionally dust the top with a pinch of cacao powder or cinnamon and enjoy immediately.

Make It Yours

• Nutty: Add 1 tbsp almond or peanut butter.
